Mona brings more than 20 years of investor relations and fundraising experience to InRider’s clients. She has worked with GPs, LPs, and their consultants around the world, built many marketing and communications programs, and launched dozens of alternatives funds.
Prior to co-founding InRider, Mona was a Managing Director at Trailmark, an independent placement agent focused on private markets funds. Before Trailmark, Mona was a Principal at Abbott Capital, the private equity fund of funds, leading investor relations and fundraising. Prior to Abbott Capital, she was a Managing Director and global head of consultant relations at Fortress Investment Group, raising capital for credit, private equity, and macro funds. Previously, Mona spent over a decade at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where she held several leadership roles in sales and product management, including for Morgan Stanley AIP, the private equity and hedge fund of funds business. She started her career at CSC Index, consulting to Fortune 300 corporations on strategic initiatives. Mona’s background as a graphic designer supports development of fund marketing materials and branding.

Jennifer brings more than 20 years of financial services experience, having started her career in investment banking before focusing on private markets fundraising and investor relations. She has worked with GPs and Asset Managers globally both on primary and secondary mandates across various fundraising and advisory initiatives. For global placement agents, Jennifer has led advisory and project management teams. In-house, she has led private markets distribution and investor relations teams.
Prior to joining InRider, Jennifer was Head of Project Management within the investor relations team at Astorg, the pan-European middle market GP. Before Astorg, Jennifer was Head of Private Markets Business Development & Strategy at Hermes Investment Management, where she was responsible for capital raising strategy and solutions across Hermes Investment Management’s Private Equity, Infrastructure, Private Credit, and Real Estate platforms. Prior to Hermes Investment Management, Jennifer was a Managing Director within Evercore’s Private Funds Team and led Project Management and Advisory across Europe and Asia. Jennifer started her private markets fundraising career within London’s UBS’s Private Funds Team in 2008, where she worked on various primary and secondary advisory and fundraising mandates, after moving from UBS’s M&A team in New York. Jennifer started her career at Barclays Capital in 1999, where she held several roles across New York and London, including working in the office of the CEO, North America and Debt Portfolio Management.

Brittany brings more than 15 years of investor relations and fundraising experience to InRider’s clients.
Prior to joining InRider, Brittany was the associate director of business development for the Artisan Partners Thematic Team (now called Antero Peak). Previously, Brittany managed investor relations at Corsair Capital Management, an equity long/short investment firm. Before that, she worked at UJA-Federation of New York where she was responsible for venture philanthropy and targeted giving. Brittany’s experience in communication and graphic design is integrated into all aspects of InRider’s investor relations work.

Nikita brings more than 15 years of global investment and advisory experience to InRider’s clients. Her prior experience includes equity trading, asset management, risk management, and credit ratings advisory at hedge funds and investment banks.
Prior to focusing on financial and technical writing, Nikita was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, advising energy and utility companies on capital markets transactions and managing risk across the firm’s energy and power trading portfolios. Before Goldman, she worked at Indosuez Capital, where she was responsible for a portfolio of investments in the telecom and publishing industries. Nikita started her career on the merger arbitrage desk at Citadel Investment Group. Nikita uses her passion for writing and experience in financial services to support the development of fund marketing materials and thought leadership for InRider’s clients.

Jeanne has over 20 years of experience in communications and as a project
coordinator. Prior to InRider, Jeanne wrote and edited technical and marketing articles for a variety of clients including software companies and international cybersecurity firms. She previously was an Executive Assistant to the President of a public college, where she managed schedules for senior staff and faculty. Jeanne’s background as a high school English and Theater teacher gives her insights into different work styles which benefits InRider’s processes every day.

Anthony is an advisor to InRider, bringing more than 20 years as an institutional allocator in the private markets. His extensive experience conducting due diligence across the full range of private markets strategies, as well as advising fund managers and limited partners, adds valuable perspective to InRider’s work.
Anthony is currently the Director of Private Investments at SV Capital Management and a Senior Advisor to Curavest and Deer Isle Capital. He is the Founder and Head of Research at Freedomization, which provides allocator insights primarily to emerging managers. Previously, Anthony spent 16 years at Crewcial Partners (fka Colonial Consulting) where he was a Partner, Investment Committee Member, and Director of Private Assets. After leaving Crecial, he was the SVP of Research and Education at iCapital. Anthony is currently a member of the Investment Committee at Princeton Theological Seminary.
Anthony received an MBS from NY Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Millersville University.

John is a Senior Advisor to the Morgan Stanley AIP Private Markets team. Until 2021, he led the team and was co-head of the Secondaries group within the AIP Private Markets team and a member of its Investment Committee. As an advisor to InRider, he brings more than 30 years of industry experience and the perspective of an active institutional investor.
At Morgan Stanley AIP, John oversaw the team committing approximately $1 billion annually across established and emerging private markets managers around the world. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2002, John was a portfolio manager with DuPont Capital Management, where he managed a $2 billion private equity portfolio of partnership, secondary, and direct investments. At DuPont Capital, he was a member of 15+ advisory boards and on the Investment Committee of the Eastern European private equity fund. John was also a founding member of Wilton Asset Management, a joint venture private equity business with State Street Global Advisors. Before entering private equity investing, he was a vice president at Bank of America, responsible for originating, structuring, and negotiating financing for leveraged buyouts. He received an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in accounting from Bloomsburg University. John holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Certified Public Accountant.
